The experience of residents in apartment buildings today, is that the level of coverage for parking is too poor. This is due both to the fact that there are no plans for more parking spaces, and that street parking is crowded.
We can contribute to increase the coverage rate for parking in apartment buildings, precisely because more cars can be accommodated on existing or planned space.
Through better volume utilization associated with parking, remaining volume will also be able to be used for other purposes, e.g. in the form of more salable land and/or to facilitate other solutions that improve the living environment, such as green areas, playgrounds, etc.
