In P-plan, we are also advisers. We tend to say that the earlier we get on board, the more space you can save. This means that the project as a whole benefits from planning parking before the building is designed.
When we come in as advisers in the early phase, you will be able to sketch how big the parking pit should be and tailor the building around it, so that the space saved can be used for other purposes.
In designing a parking strategy, we create an overall situation plan for the project. This can depend on where in the project the parking is to be placed. The need is determined based on the size of the apartments (it is, for example, more likely that apartments of 80m2 have a car than apartments of 30m2), and how the building should function in relation to other infrastructure.
